to have and to hold

We have been given an awesome opportunity for sure. We have been asked to love, cherish, cuddle, comfort, nourish, adore, embrace and hold a little one, so very precious in His sight. That is the easy part. Our little Elle has been so easy to love.

I won't pretend it's all roses - the nights are long and sleep is short, there is constant busyness from sun up to sun down, going places isn't easy, we feel tired often. However, we wouldn't trade it for anything. We have been privileged to be family for a little one who needs one and her precious life has allowed love to flourish in our home...

Carys with my moby wrap, wanting to "help" with baby

the boys think she's the cutest thing ever

Ky loves having another baby to adore

the boys are excited to be "big enough" to help more this time around

and take great pride in being big brothers

Carys is crazy about "baybeee" and is always an eager helper

just melts my heart

this daddy's heart is committed and devoted

I am very much in love

Yes, little Elle has been a very welcome addition to our home, our lives, our family. Her future is yet unknown, though we do know she'll be with us for quite some time. God has given us a wonderful peace that her life is in His loving hands and there is nowhere better. All we can do for now is trust Him and love her to pieces for as long as He allows.
