Spring in the Midwest is a little different than the Spring that Jim and I were used to growing up. I would think that my kids, who have known nothing else, would be used to this, but this is what they have to say about it:
Kylee - "Mom, I asked Jesus to stop sending us snow, but sometimes you don't always get just what you want."
"I will not go out and play in that snow, I just won't do it!"
Kaden - "I don't know why Jesus keeps making snow. I think Jesus is very funny!"
Colson - "This is taking a long time. Is Summer ever going to come?"

oh terra, thinking of you! i remember feeling the same way when we brieftly lived in Connecticut! summer just seems so much more beautiful after such a long winter/spring
